Gee is the 2013 solo winner of the Blues Foundation`s International Blues Challenge (Memphis). As of today, he is the only European solo performer to win the title in the United States.
During his career he has released eight highly acclaimed albums. He was nominated for USA Blues Music Award, Blues Blast Music Award in 2014 and 2021, Independent Blues Award and Hungarian Music Award.
